Michelle Glasgow
Salon Owner
Michelle has worked in the Beauty Industry for 17 years and recognised the need for attention to detail from a young age.
While studying at college She worked at a salon gaining knowledge and experience .
She eventually decided to turn her dream into reality and became self-employed in a Whittlesey salon, where she built up an excellent reputation from an ever increasing client base.
Michelle is passionate about recreating the same spa environment, standards and expertise, together with the convenience, affordability and friendly charm of a salon – with this is mind ‘Perfection’ was born!
The success of the salon has far surpassed Michelle’s expectations, with many clients booking appointments months in advance!
Shelley Boome
Senior Beauty Therapist
Shelley joined the team 3 and a half years ago . She is very passionate about beauty therapy.
Shelley is a great team player who is always happy to help and clients warm to her friendly personality and approachable nature.
Shelley has a calm and relaxed personality and is naturally very chatty so will make you feel at ease instantly.
Shelley loves the holistic side of beauty therapy and is a fully trained Reflexologist. She has a natural talent for massage and her facials are truly heavenly.

Our newest member of our team .Having never worked at another salon, has settled in to our team very well and we are extremely proud of her progression, client care and work ethic.
Loving to be an aspiring therapist with her passion for Beauty, impeccable appearance and her commitment to providing the best experience possible for all of her clients.
You are most likely to find her filing away at her Manicure Desk or titivating a pair of tootsies at the pedicure station.

Receptionist
Diane has been working at the salon since it first opened in 2005.She is the centre of the salon and is responsible for managing the day to day operations, running front of house, maintaining the cleanliness and high standards of our salon, as well as lots of other important duty’s like making our clients feel welcome and at home .
